pressure pump→RO system→Uv system→Pure water tank

1. Raw water pump– provide the pressure to quartz sand filter/active carbon filter.
2. Quartz sand filter– get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid.
3. Active Carbon filter–Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter.
4. Softener(Optional)–exchange “ions” of calcium and magnesium with the most common and easiest method.
5. Security filter–prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5um.
6. High-pressure pump– Provide the high pressure to RO membrane.
7. RO Reverse Osmosis Unit — the main part of the plant. RO membrane’s desalting rate can reach 99%.
8. Storage Tank, Achieve treatment effect.
Products Details Display
- Modular design, compact construction, easy installation, and operation. Sampling points at each stage of the system are in optimal condition for easy maintenance and sampling.
- Multi-channel diaphragm valves replace multiple individual valves, reducing dead space, facilitating evacuation, and reducing costs.
- The wastewater discharge pipe is integrated into the frame with fewer pipes and fewer welds. Optimal separation of purified water and wastewater.
- All process steps are arranged on one skid, including pretreatment, softening, filtration, membrane stage, and final desalination EDI and control cabinet.
- Compact, standardized, prefabricated system, fully tested and pre-tested before delivery.

Why Choose NEWater
1) Using a highly functional and clearly organized design, the two-stage softener series operates Cable ducts and effluent drains are integrated into the frame. All quality-related sampling is integrated into a central panel for easy sampling.
2) Due to the efficient forward and reverse scrubbing methods used in the production process. Plant recovery exceeds 70% in the basic version. Adding the concentrate treatment stage increases the total recovery to 90%. Reduced influent and effluent volumes result in lower operating costs.
3) Each system is pre-qualified and fully functionally tested at our facility prior to shipment. Process technology meets current US Pharmacopoeia and European Pharmacopoeia requirements.
4) The modular concept ensures easy adjustment to customer specifications to meet increased water demands.

NEWater Pharmaceutical Water System Kit
Pharmaceutical units must have an efficient system designed to store, test, and distribute water following the purification process. The industry requires different grades of water, but the most important among them are Water for Injection (WFI), non-compendial water, and Purified Water (PW). The water supply must strictly meet the specifications outlined in the pharmacopeia. One of the key challenges involved is to maintain optimum water quality in the distribution loop. Also necessary is the delivery of water to the point of use at the requisite flow and temperature. Maintaining water quality implies continuous monitoring to prevent biofilm buildup, rouging, and other impurities. Besides, the pharmaceutical water system kit should comply with sustainability parameters but without compromising its quality.
NEWater maintains a comprehensive system covering everything from installation to maintenance of the pharmaceutical water system kit. We take into account everything from the current needs of the manufacturing plant to the anticipated need. We work closely with pharmaceutical plants to understand their exact criteria because even over-designing can lead to additional maintenance costs. Furthermore, the water purification systems are designed only after a thorough analysis of the quality of water supply to the plant.
Purification methods include the application of reverse osmosis and ozone. The pharmaceutical water system kit by NEWater is designed for consistent data analysis. This helps keep microbial growth and biofilm formation in check. Microbial control is particularly difficult because it is inevitable. The extent of microbes in water depends on many variables such as pH, temperature, stresses, and velocity.
Also, as the pharmacopeia prohibits using any ‘added substance’ in water, it is important to employ preventive methods consistent with this criteria. Even if anything is added to the water storage system for biofilm sanitization, there must be a complementary system to take it out later. Techniques used to maintain water quality are limited to distillation, electrode ionization, and reverse osmosis.
Our pharmaceutical water system kit has ample filtration methods employed at strategic points, such as the front end. Other methods include hot water loops, high-pressure sprayers in the components, and mechanical scrubbers. Membrane filters are used, but these must be changed regularly. This is because microbes accumulated on the filters themselves later become a source of the problem. We are open to receiving all queries. We can develop a custom pharmaceutical water system kit following a careful evaluation of your requirements. Â
