NEWater mixed-bed cation and anion exchange resins are available in three different grades.

MB-1, for the production of pure water with an output water resistivity of up to 10 MΩ.cm. It can be used in the water desalination, EDM wire cutting industry or glass cleaning industry.

MB-2, for the manufacture of high purity water with an output water resistivity of 15-17 MΩ.cm.

MB-3, for the manufacture of extra pure water, the resistivity of the effluent water can be greater than 18MΩ.cm.

    NEWater small RO/DI system removes large particles of impurities, colloids, suspended matter through multi-stage pre-treatment filter cartridges, such as PP fiber filter cartridges, CTO, PPF, after high-pressure pump pressurization through the reverse osmosis membrane, removing more than 95% of the ionic impurities in the water to achieve primary deionized water, in order to further remove ions, the remaining 5% of impurity ions, using numerous levels of anion and cation resin mixed nucleus level polishing deionization resin (called deionization column), adsorption exchange removal. Alternatively, the remaining 5% of ions can be removed using an EDI electro deionization unit.

    Then through some complex control circuitry, control water machine water shortage protection, pressure control, online water quality detection, bacteria particle removal, flushing system, and humane interface operation settings, to achieve the use of aspects, safety, easy to operate and maintain, low cost of purpose.
